Return

Not happy with your tile(s)? No problem, you can return your purchase. Send an email to info@mo-tiles with your name and order number within 14 days after receiving your purchase. We will send you a confirmation email explaining how and where to send it. After this, you still have 14 days to return the product(s). The shipping charges are on your own account.
When your tile(s) is received by us in good order, the purchase amount will be refunded to the account you have used to make the purchase. Refund will be within 10 business days after receiving your return package. Should it appear that the product was damaged upon delivery, we will of course reimburse all costs.
